STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES

• Our standard delivery charge for most of Mainland UK is from £5.95 usually for next working day by 5:30pm Monday to Friday delivery (excluding public holidays)
  
  
• Delivery to Northern Ireland, Northern Scottish Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles, and Channel Islands is from £19.95 for a 2/3 days Monday to Friday delivery. (For weight up to 2 Kilograms)
  
  
• A delivery by 12:30pm Extra £4.95 (Not available to all areas)
  
  
• A delivery by 10:30am Extra £8.95 (Not available to all areas)
  
  
• A delivery by 9:30am Extra £14.95 (Not available to all areas)
  
  
• Saturday delivery is an Extra £19.95 (Not available to all areas)
  
  
• Orders received by 2:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
  
  
• Parcel re-direction requests - charges from £8.95 + VAT apply.
  
  
• Parcel refusal or goods not called for - charges from £8.95 + VAT apply
  
  
• All parcels require a signature upon delivery.
  
  
• For UK orders less than £30 or under 200 grams. You will only be charged £3.95 for First Class Recorded Delivery, (not guaranteed for next working day).
  
  
• For UK orders less than £100 or under 500 grams.  You will only be charged £5.95 for First Class Recorded Delivery, (not guaranteed for next working day).
  
  
• For orders from United Kingdom where the weight exceeds 5 kilograms and value over £2000, than an additional surcharge will apply. Customer will be notified prior to dispatch.
  
  
• For orders from Channel Islands, BFPO, EEC and Rest of the World, if weight exceeds 2 kilograms and value over £1500, than an additional surcharge will apply. Customer will be notified prior to dispatch.
