Need assistance? CameraKing strive to offer the best service on the Internet, and with this in mind, you will find answers to some of our most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below. 



Information on Royal Mail deliveries 

Certain items may be shipped via Royal Mail. Special Deliveries are normally delivered next working day before 1pm. 

Recorded Deliveries are not always delivered next day and can take up to 3-5 working days. 
Disputes for non deliveries can take up to 15 working days to resolve. How long will it take for my return to be processed? 


How long will it take to process my Return
Our aim is to process your return within 2-3 working days of receiving the item in our warehouse. The maximum length of time it may take will be 7 working days (unless there have been extenuating circumstances). You will receive confirmation emails when your Return has been processed. All Faulty Goods will be forwarded to our suppliers for inspection before any further action can be taken. 


How long will my security checks take?
CameraKing has the right to hold any order if the payment card has not been fully authorised (3-D Authenticated) by our payment company. If you have placed an order from outside the UK, with a foreign credit/debit card, the checks may take longer than those orders which have been placed from within the UK, using a UK registered credit/debit card. 
The maximum length of time it may take will be 2-3 working days, depending on how quickly you can provide us with the required information. 


My order is due for delivery today what time will it be delivered?
Your order will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, unless a delivery time was selected at the time of checkout. You can track the status of your order or delivery at any time by clicking here. 

 

What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?
If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with. 


Why can't I log into my account?
If you are experiencing problems logging into your account, first check that the email address and password you are using is correct (passwords may be case sensitive). You may also find it useful to refer to the information included in the "Welcome to CameraKing" email you received when you first registered with us. If you have forgotten your password click here to to request a new password. 

 

Why our Customer Support Team are unable to release information to non-account holders
As a commitment to our customers we ensure that your details are kept secure. We will only release information regarding a CameraKing account to the account holder. When account information is requested we take each customer through a thorough security check. 


Why can I not amend my order if I have placed it via Pay Pal or Google?
We are unable to make any amendments to the order (other than cancellations) due to our internal security policy. In addition to our policy Pay Pal and Google provide us with enough money to fulfil your initial order therefore no further payment can be taken for additional items or shipping costs.
